Information Collection and Use
For a better service experience, MedAssist may request information such as doctor name, email address, phone number, and clinical usage details. We use this information to provide and improve the service.
- Patient names and patient locations are stored locally only when requested by the doctor.
- Doctor names, examination times, symptoms, signs, and related case data may be processed on our servers.
- Where possible, data used for model improvement is handled in an anonymized form.
Log Data
In case of app errors, diagnostic data may be collected through third-party infrastructure. This may include IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and basic usage statistics.
Data Utilization and Sharing
Clinical data may be used to improve MedAssist AI model quality and app performance. MedAssist does not transfer user data to unrelated third parties for sale.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
