For a better service experience, MedAssist may request information such as doctor name, email address, phone number, and clinical usage details. We use this information to provide and improve the service.
In case of app errors, diagnostic data may be collected through third-party infrastructure. This may include IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and basic usage statistics.
Clinical data may be used to improve MedAssist AI model quality and app performance. MedAssist does not transfer user data to unrelated third parties for sale.
